We have seven clinic locations, and all our physicians deliver at St. Joe’s Toronto.

Please fax a referral to the clinic of your choice.

Thank you for referring your patients to us for pregnancy care.

We are pleased to look after your pregnant patients, and will routinely see them within two weeks of referral.

If your referral is more urgent, please specify on the referral and we will see them sooner.

Note: Our physicians have “Focused Practice Designation” to avoid negating our FHO colleagues.

Patients can also contact the clinic directly to set up an appointment, a referral is not mandatory (but appreciated).
